Every year in the UK, Britons await the excitement of the moment when summer arrives. Boots UK has launched a new TV advert to showcase summer as the most feel good season of the year, preparing customers to make the most of every joyful summer moment.
The campaign, which launched on Friday 9 June, features men, women and children enjoying the first glimpse of the summer at a local UK Lido. The advert, captures the excited group making the most of our favourite season by doing whatever helps them feel best prepared. Whether that’s applying fake tan, having sun tan lotion at the ready, or a quick painting of toenails.
The feel good film is brought to life further by re-casting Wizzard’s ‘Wish it could be Christmas every day’. The song lyrics are a humorous take on the Christmas classic with a summer twist focusing on how ‘We wish it could be Summer every day’.
Boots UK believes that Summer is the ultimate happy, healthy season and wants customers to happily prepare from top to toe, inside and out, this summer, so they never miss a moment of our happiest season; whether that’s the perfect pedicure, hay fever blockers, or frizz-busting hair serums, Boots knows what each and every one of us needs to get the very best out of summer.
