Boots has been at the heart of the High Street for 171 years, and for each one of those years we have been there for communities across the U.K. This has never been truer than in 2020 and as we enter a new phase of lockdown, we will continue to be there; proud to serve our customers and patients, and to support the NHS. 

We will keep our stores and pharmacies open throughout the lockdown so that you can access the products that you need, as well as pharmacy services, prescriptions and advice. When you visit us, you will be able to shop the whole store including health, wellness, baby, beauty and everything else that we usually sell.

Customer and colleague safety continues to be our priority and indeed we have been voted the safest retailer on the High Street by consumers. I will finish with two sincere notes of thanks: the first is to our wonderful colleagues, many of whom serve on the front line, supporting our patients, customers and the NHS every day. Their resilience and commitment to our communities during this incredibly challenging time continues to amaze me and I cannot thank them enough. The second is to you, our customers. We have been there for you, and you have been there for us.
