The Knightsbridge Boots UK team celebrated the grand opening of their beautiful, relocated store on Brompton Road, alongside Elizabeth Fagan, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Boots. The new 1,825 square metre store has been designed using feedback from customers to offer the very best feel good experience. 

The 29-week relocation project has created a beautiful new Boots of the future, offering customers a wider selection of beauty brands, convenient healthcare solutions, and a range of pharmacy services.

With its modern beauty space, customers can discover brands such as Liz Earle, GLAMGLOW, NYX, Smashbox, Origins, CYO, Obsession, and IT Cosmetics; a cult US beauty brand that’s available in selected Boots stores across the country. Benefit Cosmetics will also be instore, with aestheticians offering their signature beauty services at their very own Brow Bar. 

The opening of the new store also welcomes an extended range of fragrances from designer labels, such as Tom Ford, Prada and Dior; the innovative range of supersonic hairdryers from Dyson; and Mini Club, an exclusive range of comfortable, contemporary and affordable clothing for babies and toddlers. Customers can also make the most of the store’s new integrated, next day Click and Collect Service* to access the entire Boots health and beauty range, including luxury brands, in the heart of their community.

Customers and patients can also make the most of the store’s new dedicated pharmacy and healthcare area that brings together Pharmacy, Boots Opticians and Boots Hearingcare into a simple, convenient and seamless healthcare experience. The new store will also offer confidential consultation rooms where patients can access a range of pharmacy, Opticians and Hearingcare services, as well as an extensive range of pharmacy services, including flu and travel vaccinations, as well as eye and hearing tests. Multi-skilled advisors will also be able to offer complete healthcare solutions to the local community.

Boots has been at the heart of the Knightsbridge community for many years, welcoming its first store on Brompton Road on 20 February 1929. Almost 90 years later, Boots is still championing the community’s right to look and feel good.
