For the second year in a row, Boots has been crowned the nation’s Best Retailer at the Fabulous Beauty Awards 2020.

With customers casting more than 700,000 votes for their favourite products and brands, Boots faced tough competition from other big retailers, including M&S, Debenhams, Superdrug, Look Fantastic and Cult Beauty.

Several Boots-own brands were also recognised at the awards. The Righteous Butter by Soap & Glory picked up the award for Best Body Product, with the Skin Replenishing Body Balm by Liz Earle taking the highly commended spot. The No7 Laboratories Line Correcting Booster Serum was also highly commended in the Best Skincare Innovation category.

This follows a transformative year for beauty at Boots. In 2019, Boots transformed the face of high street beauty by removing traditional beauty counters and replacing them with trend driven zones, play stations, discovery areas, and live demonstration zones. It also welcomed over 36 incredible new brands, including Fenty Beauty, Florence by Mills, Morphe and The Ordinary.
