Feature CSR

Boots UK is delighted to have been supporting BBC Children in Need for 10 years, raising over £5 million. This year, to help support even more children, we’re joining forces with Fearne Cotton to launch her personally designed Pudsey Bear and Pudsey ears. Exclusively available in Boots stores across the UK, all proceeds from each sale will go directly towards helping disadvantaged children and young people in the UK.

Did you know...

  • Buying a Fearne Pudsey Bear at Boots UK could buy an activity session for a child with partial or no sight, to help stop feelings of isolation and loneliness

  • Picking up a pair of Fearne Pudsey Ears at Boots UK could help supply a special pack for premature babies with life-limiting conditions

My Inspiration
"I was thrilled to give Pudsey a Fearne makeover to mark what I’m sure will be the charity’s most successful year to date! I was sketching for some of my latest collections when this cute pattern of hearts came to me and I thought it would be perfect for this cause. For me, it signifies the love and dedication from BBC Children in Need to every child in the UK. I hope my Pudsey Bear and Bear Ears find lots of lovely new homes and help to raise money for this fantastic charity."

Our BBC Children in Need journey

Since launching in 1927, BBC Children in Need have raised £650 million to help disadvantaged children and young people. In the last 10 years, Boots has built a truly unique relationship with BBC Children in Need raising over £5 million for disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. From the great range of Pudsey products in store, to the theatre of the fundraising activities, Boots UK and BBC Children in Need are continuing to make a real difference within communities across the country.
