Boots Baby Soother - Product Recall

20 October 2017
Feature Healthcare

The health and safety of our customers and patients is always our highest priority. We’ve discovered a potential manufacturing fault in two Boots Baby Soothers which might cause a small tear in the silicone teat. As a precautionary measure we are recalling these two Boots Baby Soothers and we are asking customers to return these products to our stores immediately for a refund or replacement with a similar item.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause our customers and would like to offer our reassurances that as soon as the fault was identified as part of our quality control process we immediately removed these lines from sale. No other products are affected. If customers have any further questions or concerns they can call Boots Customer Care on 0800 915 0004 or speak to their local Boots store team.

The products we would like customers to return as a precaution are:

  • Boots Baby Airflow Soother 0-6 months
  • Boots Baby Airflow Soother 6 months.
